All about that Face – SPF

If you are reading this and are not a user of daily SPF all year round, please read on…

Our skin is constantly exposed to photo-ageing, even during the winter months.  We should all be trying our best to block this from our faces, by using a daily SPF either in moisturiser, sun block, BB,CC cream or with foundations containing SPF.

If you are in the market for a high quality SPF face cream, I can 100% recommend that you try the Heliocare 360 SPF50 Facial Fluid

This in my opinion, is by far the best SPF Protection I have ever provided my face with.  It offers the highest UVA and UVB protection levels and the ingredients list makes for some very nice reading.  A few of the skin loving ingredients are, green tea and Vitamins C and E.

For anyone not sure of the difference between UVA and UVB rays, UVA rays penetrate the skin at the deepest layer, causing premature ageing of the skin, fine lines and wrinkles.  UVB rays affect the surface of the skin and are what give you a ‘tan’ or sunburn in the most unfortunate cases (Neither of these are good for your face).

This is a beautiful fluid cream to use on your face, it has a lovely light scent and is slightly tinted, which I find helps even out my skin tone and gives a nice healthy glow to the face.

The cream is available in two different formulations, to suit both normal/dry skins and also, in an oil free formula for oily/combination skins.

As the saying goes ‘prevention is better than cure’, so maybe it’s time for you to invest in your future face?  Better late than never 😇

Heliocare 360 SPF50 Fluid Cream is priced at £25 and is available to buy at Effortless Skin.

If you have any skincare recommendations, I would love to read your comments below.

Thanks for reading!
